How do I return an item?

Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging we will refund the item cost excluding the original delivery charge.

The following conditions will also apply:

• If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
• Does not apply if the seal or plastic wrapping on the vitamins or shakes is broken.
• Does not apply to ‘hygiene’ products that have been opened or used. Hygiene products include underwear personal beauty products and creams.
