Next Day Delivery:
If you choose Next Day Delivery and place your order before 8pm Monday – Saturday or by 4pm Sunday, your order will arrive the following day (including Saturdays and Sundays but excluding Bank Holidays and Easter Sunday).
If you order after 8pm Monday – Saturday or after 4pm Sunday, your order will be processed the following day. Some post codes including those in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands are excluded from Next Day Delivery.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Can I track my order?
You can contact our Customer Service Team on the number above and if you have
provided an email address then we will be happy to track your order. We are unable however, to track
smaller orders that we send through Royal Mail.
How much is delivery?
This can vary from product to product. The delivery charge is shown during the
checkout process under the delivery section.

Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Our Next Day service is only
available to UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands.

What if I am not in?
If you are not available to take delivery of your Next Day package our courier
will look for a secure area to leave your parcel such as a garage, out building or neighbour, they will
then leave a card confirming where the parcel has been left which will also have contact details to
arrange a re delivery if necessary. For standard deliveries we also use Royal Mail who may return the
package to the sorting office for collection.
How do I return an item?

The following conditions will also apply: • If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to
a money back guarantee is waived. • Does not apply if the seal or plastic wrapping on the vitamins or
shakes is broken.
• Does not apply to ‘hygiene’ products that have been opened
or used. Hygiene products include underwear personal beauty products and creams.
