When will my item be dispatched?

Standard Delivery: Within 24 Hours of your order

Express Delivery: Orders received before 3pm will usually be dispatched on the same working day.

Items ordered after 3pm will be dispatched the following morning

How long will it be until I receive my item?

Standard Delivery: Unless otherwise stated you should receive your product within  

5-7 working days once dispatched via Royal Mail

Express Delivery: Unless otherwise stated you should receive your product within 2-4 working days once dispatched via Royal Mail

Larger items we will send out special delivery by courier. In this instance, if you have provided us with an email address or phone number, you will be sent a tracking code which you can use online to follow the delivery of your order.

Can I track my order?

Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If you are a customer based in the Republic of Ireland please visit our dedicated site www.highstreettv.ie or call the team 24/7 on 0412 132 900. If you are calling from the Channel Isles please call our team on free phone 0800 883 0314, who are on hand 7 days a week to process your order.

What if I am not at home when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you are not available to take receipt of the product either Royal Mail will take the item to your local sorting office for collection or our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to collect your products.

Returns

How do I return an item?

 Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund including the original delivery charge. If an item is returned after the 7 days but within the 30 day period, we will refund the item cost excluding the original delivery charge.

The following conditions will also apply:

• If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
• Does not apply if the seal or plastic wrapping on the vitamins or shakes is broken.
• Does not apply to ‘hygiene’ products that have been opened or used. Hygiene products include underwear personal beauty products and creams.
