The terms and conditions detailed on this site apply to the use of this Website, and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. 1.2 The use of the Site and the purchase of any goods from the Site are governed by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.
1.3 There is no charge imposed by us for accessing the Site but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit the Site.
1.4 Access to the Site may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
2. Links to other websites
We accept no responsibility for web sites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to the Site. Your dealings with persons found via the Site are between you and such persons and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of such dealings.
3. Customer Complaints
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. Any customers wishing to complain about any of our services may do so in writing contacting us via the information provided on the contact us page. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER.
4.1 Prior to entering into a contract with you we reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the Site. Any prices shown are subject to change without notice.
4.2 We exclude liability to you for any unforeseeable loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of our negligent performance of any services provided to you except in relation to death and personal injury. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE GOODS.
4.3 You acknowledge that all measurements are approximate and that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

No failure on our part to exercise any right or remedy under these terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy and no waiver by us of any breach of these terms by you shall operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
You may not assign or transfer or attempt to assign or transfer any of you rights and obligations under these terms without our consent.
12. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for any failure to deliver goods to you or for any delay to goods which is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control or that of our suppliers, which shall include without limitation, industrial disputes, act of God, war, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order or rule, regulation or direction.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Terms of Sale
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from High Street TV (Group) Limited. In purchasing products from us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions of sale.
1. Customer Service
Should you have any enquiries regarding your order please contact High Street TV's Customer Service team on 0844 800 0631 between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 1.00pm on a Saturday and Sunday. 2. Money Back Guarantee
High Street TV offers a 30-day money back guarantee if you should change your mind. This is calculated from the day that you receive your order. The following conditions will apply:
• If the item is damaged or lost after being in your care, your right to a money back guarantee is waived.
• The item is to be returned at your own expense, undamaged and in its original packaging within 30 days of you receiving it. Original postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
• The money back guarantee policy does not apply if the seal or plastic wrapping on the vitamins or shakes is broken.
• The money back guarantee policy does not apply to 'hygiene' products that have been opened or used. Hygiene products include underwear, personal beauty products and creams.
• Please note all returns must be received within the specified money back guarantee period. Any items not received after 30 days will not be refunded and the items will be returned back to you.
3. Thinking of returning a product?
For defective or incorrectly delivered items please contact Customer Services on 0844 800 0631 as soon as the problem is detected or at least within 30 days of having received your delivery. When an item is returned to us we will check it as per Section 2. If these conditions have been met the item will be replaced or a refund will be made for the purchase price excluding postage and packaging charges. When returning a product please use the original shipping box and packaging materials ensuring that your product is wrapped securely. Please ensure that you include your name and address and the order number so we can identify your parcel on receipt.

It is advisable that you return your product via registered or recorded postal service as we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. Your refund will only be credited to the credit/debit card that you used when making the purchase. If this is not possible refunds will be made by cheque. Please allow 14 working days for refunds to be processed. Please note that refunds for returning products bought as gifts can only be given to the purchaser.
4. How can I pay?
High Street TV accepts PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, AMEX and MAESTRO CARDS. Please ensure you have a valid debit/credit card when ordering. You will be asked your personal details and it is your responsibility to ensure they are correct. Please note that any refund will only be processed to the original card used for payment. 5. Statutory Rights
To obtain a refund you are obliged to return goods in the condition they were received. Please note that any refunds will only be processed to the original card used for payment. However, for the avoidance of doubt, this does not apply to products that are deemed not to have met the required standard, under law. In these cases, such products will be considered defective and the purchase price plus postage and handling costs will be refunded in full.
If you have notified us of a problem with a product we will remedy the problem either by way or replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All orders are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock you may be offered a substitute product.
All prices stated include VAT at the appropriate rate.
9. Safety Advice
For your own safety, we recommend you carefully read all safety/instructional information provided with the product. Please view instructional videos/DVD where supplied. Please inspect electrical products for any signs of damage and notify the Customer Service team if necessary.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information is correct at the time of printing.

Information supplied by you will be used for administering your account details and for promoting goods and services to you. You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information we are entitled do so. We may disclose your information to a carefully selected third party service provider. We may also send you information about goods and services from other companies.
