OUR FAMILY: All of our operational teams from our head office based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, are all now working at home, to continue to bring you the products you love, when you need them.
OUR CUSTOMER CARE: Our Customer Care team will continue to do everything they can to answer your queries from their homes, no matter how big or small, via phone or email. We’re here for you! We may take a little longer to get back to you, so please bear with us and be reassured our aim is to reply within 48 hours. PLACING YOUR ORDER: Our telephone agents are working in a safe environment and are available to take your orders 24/7, or if you prefer, you can continue to order online at our award winning website: highstreettv.com.
OUR DELIVERY SERVICE: Our warehouse are currently following government guidelines and working under the social distancing protocol. This means that orders are taking a little longer than usual to be dispatched. Rest assured you will receive your order however we are asking you to allow us 7 working days to do this. We apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience. You can find out more details of how DPD and Hermes will deliver and leave parcels safely to your door.
