NO STEAM
No steam does not work red light comes on and then green light comes on press the steam button but no steam. Waste of money no steam. no steam. NO STEAM

Yet to try out.
I can't give a review at this time as I haven't used the product yet. I am looking forward to using it though as I know the power of steam is a good cleaner plus being able to de-wrinkle garments is a bonus.

bought this because the advert video looked amazing,from day one couldn't get it to work,have been in touch with customer service,and was told to pierce the end of the hose in water tank,honestly how is consumer supposed to do that,asked for refund,and had no problem there,was told to dispose of unit

Nusteam steam cleaning system
It didn’t work. I did everything as instructed, but it wouldn’t produce steam. It got hot and buzzed a bit, but no steam. Will have to send it back
