What can I say, waste of money. Tried numerous times with different timings to no avail. Not once did my toasted sandwiches look anything like the photos. Instead, soggy bread and congealed filling. I would not recommend this product at all. Will now go and buy a George Forman grill, far better.

Nice microwave toaster,,but very expensive, found exactly the same microwave toaster on temu for under half the price of this item. My fault I should have looked elsewhere first before purchasing the one from Internet tv.
