Works well, it’s very relaxing, neck massage bit is difficult to get in the right place and it’s very strong, but placing a soft blanket over it makes it ok but the action is a bit too high on the pillow so bit awkward

Great for easing aches and pains.
This device is a godsend to me especially when I have een working hard in the house or garden. The massage gets the circulation going annd the heat gradually biilds up providing warmth and relaxation. Afterwards my aches and pains have virtually disappeared. I love it.

Bought this for myself and for use in my treatments. Personally not for me. Im only 5 foot and felt the massage parts didn't match my body, has in the position of the massge.
Found it very noisy and not relaxing so cant use it in my treatments.
