No cable included with item so unable to comment on performance.
Surely would have been quicker, cheaper and more efficient to just send the missing item!

Good but with some flaws
Ok but only downfall is i think for smaller framed person the vibration buttons could be closer to the centre and also the neck pillow massagers too wide so I don’t feel them

Not all good as i have back problems
Not for me?? As i have lower back, neck problems this is not good for this purpose and also pillow is stiff and unable to connect to lower head and neck... so no suprized not for me????

Beautiful massage
I use the massage unit every day. I have taken it to several of my neighbours who are all impressed with one so far buying one. The quality is top rate and being able to disconnect the neck massager is also a bonus. You can also bend your knees and massage your feet on the bottom leg massage point.

Sywell massage system
I'm using this all the time and feeling the benefits. My work makes me susceptible to RSI, back, shoulder, hip, knee and foot problems. I have an osteopath, but I would not have the time or money to visit her in the way I am using this system. I would definitely buy this again.
I had concerns about the changes in retirement ages and my ability to continue to work, but with this new addition to my life, I think that retirement age is no longer an issue for me.
