The Dry Master is not heating up. What should I do?
Check the following:
- Ensure the unit is plugged in and switched on.
- Make sure the timer is set to a running time.
- If issues persist, refer to the instruction manual or contact customer support.
The corner locks are difficult to click into place.
Make sure the frame is set up on a flat, even surface. If the frame is tilted or misaligned, the corner locks won’t slot in easily.
The cover feels too tight to put on.
Be sure to fully unzip it before fitting the cover over the frame. This makes installation much easier.
How should I use the bonus bars?
The bonus bars add extra drying space! They're perfect for bulkier items like bedding and towels or smaller pieces like underwear that you can drape over the bars.
