nutribullet Flip

FAQs

Can you blend in the nutribullet Flip™ while it is charging?

Yes, you can run the Flip while it is plugged in and charging, but the unit will stop charging during each blending cycle. This may deplete the battery to the degree that it stops working and needs further charging, even if the unit is plugged in.

How do I know my nutribullet Flip™ is fully charged? What does it mean if there is no light after it has been plugged in for a long time?

When the unit is plugged in and fully charged, the ring will illuminate solid green. This green light stays illuminated for 12 hours, after which it will automatically shut off. If your unit is plugged in and there is no green light showing, it’s likely that it’s been plugged in, in the full charge state, for over 12 hours. If this is the case, the blender will turn on and operate as usual as soon as you press the power button.

What should I do if the charging port gets wet during cleaning?

The charging port is designed to withstand a low degree of water contact, but it should never be wet when you insert the charger. It’s best to keep it dry as much as possible. We recommend covering the port with your finger during washing. If your port does get wet, pat it dry with a lint-free towel and give it time to fully air dry in a well-ventilated area before plugging in the charger.

Should I start the blending cycle with the blade on the top or the bottom?

Either way works, but if you’re blending tougher ingredients, we recommend starting the blending cycle while the blade is on top, then flipping the unit over. This way, the ingredients meet the blade while it is already spinning, which can prevent the blade from getting stuck on hard ingredients.

How do you turn off the nutribullet Flip™?

The Flip automatically shuts off after 90 seconds of inactivity – there’s no need to press any buttons. You can tell if the unit is powered on or off by looking at the ring light. If it is illuminated, the unit is powered on, if not, it is off.
