nutribullet Chill Ice Cream Maker

FAQs

  • How do I use the nutribullet Chill?
To use the nutribullet Chill, prepare your dessert base in the Cup, twist on a Cup Lid, and freeze for at least 24 hours. Then, place the cup in the machine and select your preferred program. For step-by-step guidance, refer to the nutribullet Chill User Guide.

  • What frozen dessert programs does the nutribullet Chill have?
The nutribullet Chill has 5 programs for frozen desserts:

    • Ice Cream – Makes classic creamy ice cream.

    • Sorbet – Turns fresh fruit into smooth, refreshing sorbet.

    • Gelato – Creates rich, smooth Italian-style gelato.

    • Smoothie Bowl – Churns blended smoothies into a scoopable frozen treat.

    • Frozen Yogurt – Makes sweet, tangy fro-yo from Greek or flavored yogurt.

  • How long does it take to make a cup of ice cream?
After freezing your recipe for 24 hours, churning takes 3 to 4 ½ minutes, depending on the program you select.

  • What is 360DoubleCream Blade Technology?
360DoubleCream Blade Technology features a four-edge blade with dual rotation, churning ingredients from all angles. This creates creamier frozen desserts fast.

  • How do I make my frozen dessert creamier?
If your dessert seems dry or crumbly, stir the mixture, then run it through a second cycle on the Ice Cream program. This helps achieve a smoother, creamier texture.

  • When should I add mix-ins to my frozen dessert?
Add mix-ins after churning. Adding them before processing can affect texture and may damage the machine.

  • I have leftovers – how should I store or enjoy them?
If you have enough leftovers to reach the minimum fill line, condense the mixture towards the bottom of the cup, refreeze for 24 hours, then re-churn on the same program for fresh results.

  • Why does the machine stop and start during churning?
Each program includes a different blade "path," where the blade stops and starts periodically as it lifts and lowers in the Pint Cup, to create its specific texture. For all programs, the blade will pause when it reaches the top of the cup to change its spin direction before moving back downward.

  • How do I clean the nutribullet Chill?
All removable parts – cup, blade block, blade shaft, and storage lids – are top-rack dishwasher-safe or can be hand-washed. Never submerge the Motor Base; wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove residue.
