FAQs

My FlexClean won’t turn on?

  • Check you’ve plugged FlexClean directly into the wall, not an extension cable.
  • Try different sockets around the house.
  • Look for any water leaks or visible damage that could be causing water to enter the internals/electrical units.

My FlexClean isn’t spraying any water

  • Check your machine is in the correct cleaning mode as per the switch on the handle.
  • Check that the grey screwcaps on the tanks are securely in place and not damaged.
  • Check that the tanks themselves are sat securely and properly on the machine and not damaged.
  • Check the water levels in the clean water tank. If the tank is empty, then refill the machine before using.
  • Check that there is no debris on the spray tips that could be obstructing the machine from performing correctly. These spray tips can be cleaned using a soft bristle brush. We don’t recommend using wire brushes as these can crumble the spray tips.

My FlexClean doesn’t have any suction

  • Ensure that your machine is in the correct cleaning mode as per the switch on the handle.
  • Check that the grey screwcaps on the tanks are securely in place and not damaged.
  • Check that the tanks themselves are sat securely and properly on the machine and not damaged.
  • Check the water levels in the clean water tank. If the tank is empty, then refill the machine before using.
  • Ensure that the nozzle on the front of the machine is securely and properly in place and not damaged.
  • Ensure that there is no debris that could be obstructing the machine from performing correctly.
  • To prevent an internal blockage, we recommend leaving the machine running for 30-60 seconds after each use to clear any chemical or debris from the internals of the machine.

The brushes on my FlexClean aren’t oscillating or vibrating

  • Ensure that your machine is in the correct cleaning mode as per the switch on the handle.
  • Check that there is no debris that could be obstructing the machine from performing correctly.
  • Check that your machine is switched on properly.
