Can I use floor cleaning solution in the water tank? 

Yes, you can use mild, non-corrosive floor cleaners. Avoid bleach, highly acidic solutions, or thick liquids, as they may clog the spray nozzle. 

How do I use the spray function?

Simply press the spray trigger on the handle. A fine mist will spray onto the floor in front of the main body.  

Are the mop pads reusable? 

Yes. The mop pads are machine-washable and reusable. Please follow the washing instructions found on the pads.  

How often should I replace the mop pads? 

Dependent on use. Replace them when they no longer clean effectively or show signs of wear. 

Does it work on all floor types? 

This spray mop is suitable for hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, and marble floors. 

How do I attach or remove the mop pads? 

The pads attach via Velcro. Gently pull them off to remove; press them firmly onto the base to attach. 

What is the locking button used for? 

The locking button allows you to choose between rotating or static mop pads.  

The sprayer isn’t working. What should I do? 

 •        Check that the tank is filled. 

•        Make sure the tank is properly attached. 

•        Pump the trigger a few times to prime it. 

•        Clean the spray nozzle if it’s clogged.
