1. Are the mop pads machine washable?
o Yes, the pads are machine washable at 30 degrees
2. Can I tumble dry the mop pads?
o No, the pads are not tumble dry safe
3. How do I wash the mop pads?
o The mop heads can be hand washed or washed in your washing machine at 30 degrees
4. Can I adjust the length of the handle/pole?
o Yes, the pole is height adjustable
5. Do I need to use detergent?
o For best cleaning results use with a floor cleaning spray would be recommended
6. What floors is it suitable for?
o Hard floors
7. How long does it take for the mop to heat up?
o Between 15 and 20 seconds
8. What is the capacity of the water tank?
o 350ml
9. What speed do the mop heads rotate at?
o 140rpm
10. What accessories are included?

11. What do the different LED colours mean?
o GREEN steam indicator low steam / BLUE steam indicator medium steam/ RED steam indicator high steam
12. The appliance does not turn on.
o Check that the appliance is connected to the power supply and that the cable is not damaged
13. The mop head does not produce steam.
o Check whether there is enough water in the tank and whether the appliance has heated up. Wait 20 seconds to allow the steam to generate
14. The pads no longer absorb dirt.
o The pads require cleaning. The pads can be washed by hand or using a washing machine
15. Water stains are appearing.
o The appliance is not sufficiently heated. When using the highest steam setting, do not stay in one spot for too long to avoid condensate (water droplets) forming on the bottom
16. Can the rotating pads be used without activating the steam?
o Yes you can use the mop without activating the steam function. For best cleaning results use with a floor cleaning spray would be recommended
