FAQs
My nutribullet Ultra is not turning on. Why?
There are a few possible reasons:
Ensure you turn the cup clockwise until you hear an audible click onto the motor base.

My nutribullet Ultra does not power on, or the control panel does not appear. What should I do?
Try these solutions:
Make sure the power cord is plugged into a working electrical socket.
Ensure the cup and blade assembly are securely attached to the motor base. You should hear a ‘click’ when they are properly locked in place.
The control panel is flashing continuously. What does this mean?
This happens when:
You have exceeded six consecutive blend cycles in a six-minute period.
The unit has overheated. Unplug it and let it cool for at least 15 minutes before using it again.
My nutribullet Ultra has become very loud during blending. What should I do?
